What if an item you want is sold out?

We endeavor to deliver additional items that are in demand. If you would like to be informed about a subsequent delivery of your desired item, please enter your email address on the item page (button: Desired item sold out?) to receive a notification should the item be available again.

You can arrange an appointment for a video call where we can advise you personally. After a short exchange about your wishes, we will make suggestions, show you our selection and, if desired, give you a few styling tips.

Do I have to create a customer account to be able to order?

You can also order from us as a “guest” without a customer account. Nevertheless, you can easily access information about your current orders using the order number. Please use the chat for this.

What happens after the order is completed?

Shortly after you have completed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email (didn't get it? Please check your spam folder).

We process the order within 1-5 working days and then ship it with DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email including a link to track the shipment.

How long does delivery take?

Processing time 1-3 working days. As soon as we have shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a link to track the shipment.

If you pay by bank transfer, please note that we can only ship once we have received payment.

Can I track a shipment?

Yes. You will receive a shipping confirmation from us by email. This message contains a tracking link.

Return

How can I return items?

Return possible within 14 days with receipt if the item is unworn and the label is still attached. No makeup, decor residue, cigarette smoke, perfume or other odors.

The buyer bears the return shipping costs!

When will I receive my refund?

We will issue the refund back to the same payment method you used to purchase from us within 7-10 business days.
